Curie temperature of nickel

Abstract
Nickel presents a magnetic transition ferro-magnetic/paramagnetic with a variation of temperature;this transition is classified as a second order transitionusing the Ehrenfest criteria. The end of this transition ischaracterized by a point called Curie point. This tempera-ture is used for the calibration of thermogravimetricapparatus. As the Curie temperature is not a fixed point, noscientific authority has decided what the temperature of thispoint is. As different values are proposed in the literature, itappeared that it was necessary to further explore mea-surement of this point.
